Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders placed for in stock parts are usually shipped within 24 hours, but may take 2-3 business days on average. Metrix Mark I, Mark II and Stompbox wireless kits are manufactured on demand and usually ship within 3-5 business days of placing the order. Custom order items and warehoused parts may be split shipped, and ship on separate days. If an item is backordered, we will notify you within 24 hours.

All orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped.

Charges and Shipping Methods

Our store will calculate your shipping via UPS and allow you to select a faster shipping method if you desire. For large orders, large items or international orders there is a chance the automatic calculation might not be correct. If this is the case we will contact you about additional shipping charges via the contact information provide to us.

Orders made in the Seattle area can be shipped via courier to arrive same-day. Customer pickup can also be arranged; please contact us to determine if your items are in stock.

Rush orders

If you need your order next-day please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and shipping options. We are happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.

P.O. boxes

UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes. If you have no alternative address, we may be able to accommodate you, but there will be a delay for USPS shipping.

International, forwarding and APO orders

We ship Internationally, and our preferred carrier is UPS Worldwide. We can and will ship FedEx/DHL, but delays may be incurred as they do not do daily pickup and will need to be scheduled. Pick up costs may be added to your order.

We do not ship to freight forwarders unless prior arrangements have been made. If your ship to address is found to be a freight forwarder, business address service, virtual office, or hotel your order will be placed in hold or canceled. We do understand that arrangements like this can be legitimate, but if you are in need of a forwarding service, you should contact us.

All APO/FPO orders are shipped USPS, and this usually adds a day or two of delay. Please contact us if you need a rush order on a APO.

Freight collect

For large orders, we recommend using freight collect. Before placing a large order, mention that you want to use freight collect and send us your UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping number.

Returns

Any items to be returned must include a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the shipping box. Contact us for an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All shipping costs incurred in the exchange process will be paid by the customer and cannot be refunded.

Exchange policy

Unused items in the original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days either for store credit, or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Any amount credited to your account must be used within 30 days or is forfeit. Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. Any items returned must include a valid RMA number.

Defective and DOA parts

Any defective items returned may only be exchanged for items with the same model number. Dead On Arrival (DOA) or defective parts may be exchanged for replacement within 30 days of original sale. Items that are found to be damaged by improper use or installation are not eligible for return. Returned items that are tested and found to be in proper working order will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Incorrect orders

If you find that you have ordered an incorrect part, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will contact you and arrange for refund or exchange for the proper item. If your order has already shipped, any returned or refused items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned items must include a valid RMA and be in original, unopened condition.

Technology

You are responsible for complying with all relevant rules and regulations of your respective governing body when operating this equipment.

While our goal is to supply the best wireless networking equipment available, we cannot guarantee that any items offered will fit your particular needs.
